Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Owners and/or vendors of Central Coast Real Estate, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is organized by Central Coast Real Estate (The Organizer), located at 10 N. Ocean Ave, Cayucos, CA 93430.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted starting on October 1, 2025 6:00pm PST and ending on October 31, 2025 6:00pm PST. All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway period.

5. How to Enter

Enter online by visiting the Central Coast Real Estate promotional table at Mechanics Bank in Morro Bay or our Cayucos office at 10 N. Ocean Ave, Cayucos, CA 93430. In additional, plus follow @ccreproperties on Facebook and/or Instagram.

Each individual may enter once.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

6. Prizes

The winner(s) will receive: One 64GB 15.6" Frameo Digital Picture Frame with WiFi and Touch Screen. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Organizer’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected by random pick under the supervision of the Organizer.
Winner(s) will be notified via email or phone within 30 days following the selection.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 60 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this content, you understand and agree that the Organizer, anyone acting on behalf of the Organizer, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to use your entry (e.g., name, likeness, username) for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

9. Terms & Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway for any cause beyond the Organizer’s control affect the administration or security of the giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or claim that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or use/misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes and Governance

This giveaway is governed by federal, state, and local laws. By entering, participants consent to that jurisdiction for any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this giveaway.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Mechanics Bank, or any of its owners. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer and not to the platform.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Organizer’s website.
